ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally accepted framework that defines best practices for an information security management system (ISMS). It outlines a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. This encompasses people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. Achieving this accreditation was no easy task; it required stringent evaluation of our information security risks, the implementation of appropriate controls to mitigate those risks, and a comprehensive audit. 

ISO/IEC 27701 is an international stands which sets out requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving a Privacy Information Management System (PIMS). 

This was conducted by an external, independent body.
